Tuition

The  school year tuition is a blended rate.

The blended rate includes after school days, early release days and full days on public school professional days, snow days and school vacation days, excluding specified holidays. Transportation from in town schools is provided and included in your tuition.

Tuition payments remain the same regardless of holidays, vacations, sickness, or closing beyond our control. We are unable to honor switch days.

Schedule

The school year tuition is an annual fee paid in ten equal installments. Children need to be enrolled on specific days on an ongoing basis for the full school year.  If a parent chooses to decrease your schedule a one months written notice is required and tuition is due for the remaining month.  Parents who wish to increase a schedule may do so on a space available basis.  If a space is avaiable, a parent may pick up an additional day however, we cannot honor switch days.

Families with two or more children in the program are entitled to a 10% discount off the lower rate paid. Families with a child also currently enrolled at the Tobin Children’s School or the Westwood Children’s School, inc. are entitled to a 10% discount on the tuition of the child enrolled at Tobin Afterschool.

Increases

The school year tuition fee will be posted by February 1st.

The summer program tuition fee will be posted by January 1st.
